Il semble donc possible d'améliorer les symptômes post-traumatiques chez des patients atteints de TSPT par un traitement par blocage de la reconsolidation par propranolol. Le niveau d'éducation supérieur est ressorti dans notre travail comme un facteur prédictif de résilience, au contraire de l'âge ou bien de la traumatisation antérieure. Il semble donc intéressant d'attendre les résultats finaux du protocole Paris MEM à échelle nationale, pour obtenir la confirmation de ces effets positifs, proposant un traitement à l'essai par blocage de la reconsolidation mnésique par propranolol, sur un paramètre d'efficacité, mesuré par les échelles de, 2017.
