Intérêt de la méthode de contre stimulation vibrotactile à distance dans la prise en charge de l’allodynie mécanique statique en kinésithérapie

Abstract : Static mechanical allodynia is a symptom that greatly disrupts patients’ lives quality. Nowadays, physiotherapy is in trouble with this pain management. A recent method described by CJ SPICHER was born : the somatosensory rehabilitation method. The method’s first part dedicated to the SMA treatment is named the distant vibrotactile counter stimulation. This new SMA treatment’s way has never been studied in physiotherapy. This thesis is a litterature review in the aim to prove this technique efficacity on patients carrying SMA. Results’ analysis shows that half of the patients entirely treated included in the five studies feel a pain relief after three months of treatment. However several bias can explain the lack of the result fiability, and the lack of technique feasibility.
