« Petite enfance et soins palliatifs » : comment le toucher intervient-il dans les différents soins psychomoteurs ?

Abstract : Whether in early childhood or in palliative care, the psychomotrician meets patients with differents stories, coming from their pathologies, culture, personality or experiences. However, various psychomotrician mediations are common to these clinics, including one that the psychomotrician therapist regularly resorts: The touch. Whether for a prophylactic, therapeutic or rehabilitative purpose, no pathology, no period of life should be excluded, because it is a privileged body mediation that allows the unification of the body and the psyche. Touch, the first sense to appear in humans and the last to disappear, is a mediation that is both therapeutic and relational, advocating the discovery or reappropriation of ones own body. It requires training and technical for the therapist, because the touch brings, by its reciprocity, emotions and sensations inside the psychomotrician-patient dyad. Finally, through the study of this mediation, we can link two clinics that all seem to oppose.
