Intérêt du dispositif Myolux® pour le MKDE dans l'évaluation de la proprioception de cheville dans un cadre de rééducation de l'entorse

Abstract : In a practice increasingly evidence based, the physiotherapist has to draw on studied reliable tools. The goal of this work is to study the interest of the Myolux® dispositive in regards to the literature to analyze its reliability and its accessibility for the physiotherapist. This work is a non-systematic literature review which look for collects different existent tests that assess ankle proprioception, to analyze their reliability and accessibility. This method is repeated for the Myolux® dispositive in order to compare this tool with the analyzed tests. In total, 24 studies have been analyzed. The collected tests turn out to be reliable in the ankle proprioception assessment, and particularly approachable for physiotherapists. The Myolux® dispositive’s reliability could not be objectified, but it seems to be an approachable tool for the physiotherapist. The Myolux® dispositive, by a good standardization, its double interest evaluation/reeducation, and its originality, represents an interesting tool for the physiotherapist who is frequently faced with ankle sprain reeducation. However, by the requested investment amount, this tool is not as interesting for the physiotherapist who is not frequently face with ankle sprain reeducation.
