« Bouger pour se sentir exister » : l’approche psychomotrice des stéréotypies motrices chez un adolescent autiste

Abstract : Motor stereotypies have serious repercussions on person’s psychomotor functioning. However, they have indispensable functions for the person with autism to live, to extist. How do they manifest ? How should we understand them and handle them in psychomotricity ? This essay tries to answer these questions, considering the specifics of therapeutic relationship with a teenager.
