Corps et addictions : réflexions autour des enjeux psycho-corporels en addictologie

Abstract : Addictions include various pathologies, related to a notion of dependence and a pressing need to resort to a certain behaviour. They include both addictions with object (alcohol dependence, drug addiction, smoking) and behavioral addictions (eating disorders, pathological gambling).
This memoir is particularly interested in the bodily and psychic envelopes of dependent subjects and the link they maintain with the mechanism of addictions. By supporting my comments on the presentation of several patients met in addictology service, I will focus on the relationship between the process of subjectivation and the development of addictive behavior and the support that psychomotricity can offer to patients in order to support their psycho-corporal unit.
