Les appuis : support de la prise en charge psychomotrice de patients cérébro-lésés

Abstract : Through this dissertation, I show the interests of caring in a dynamic of psychological and physical reconstruction during a psychomotor therapy with patients brain-damaged – brain-injured or touched by a stroke. My internship made me aware that this dynamic lacked during their care. My clinic is clarified by the theory of the emergence of support in the baby’s development and the different supports the therapist uses. I developed my clinic towards the complexity of physical awareness when the body has been disorganized and divided because of brain-damage. I have then tried to show the role of supports in psychomotor care and how I adapted them to react to obligations I have been confronted to. This dissertation enlightens how the therapist gives psychological and physical support to these patients and how he contributes to the building of subjectivity, a global consciousness of the body, through his work with mediations, with his body, but also with his skills and competences.
