Pratique exploratoire de la marche à pied dans le projet de paysage. Cas appliqué : « La Grande Traversée » de la métropole du Grand Genève

Abstract : In a societal context that questions the way of thinking about spatial planning, it seems that the need to consider the territory in its sensitive and living dimension makes sense, particularly in the landscape architect's approach. This dissertation examines the use of walking in order to feed the landscape project, relying on the applied case of an urban-architectural and landscape consultation concerning the Grand Genève. The first part looks at how walking, since its practical approach, has become a tool mobilized by landscape architects. The question of walking as a sensitive object will be developed, as well as different artistic and landscape approaches that use walking. The second part will be based on the project "la Grande Traversée", conducted in Geneva, to develop the methodological implementation of a week of explorations in the project territory. This week of exploratory marches at the end of July 2019 will be exposed and followed by a discussion. This work confirms the interest that the mobilization of the march can bring in the approach of the landscape architect for the sensible approach of the landscape that it allows to have.
