Corrélation entre expérience collaborateur et gestion des talents

Abstract : With an increasingly competitive labour market and increasingly mobile employees, it is complex today for companies to manage their current and future human resources. Thus, more than ever, companies are looking to set up actions to attract talented candidates and above all to retain them. However, although there are many theories, none of them are the miracle recipe for achieving the desired objective. In practice, some favour financial bait so that the employee can settle comfortably within the company and project himself with great future prospects, while other companies work more on the employee's experience so that it is unique, personalized and engaging in the short, medium and long term. The author wanted to focus his research on the second philosophy: that of the employee experience because this concept is nowadays highly popular while being very recent and therefore still little studied. Moreover, the author had the opportunity to carry out a 3-month field survey within the Carrefour Belgium organisation and more specifically within the Talent department where the employee experience is at the heart of interests and concerns. Through theory and practice, it was noted that the role of the employee experience in attracting the company to the current or future employee was essential and that it represented an undeniable strategic lever to enable the organization to have fulfilled, happy and motivated employees. In this thesis, the author identifies - through a mixture of theory and concrete illustrations - how companies can strengthen their employee experience in the field with actions both to attract the employee and to engage and retain them: it was noted how diversified these actions are because they concern both the image of the company and the career development prospects of the employee or even the general and individual well-being. That being said, all its actions form a concrete example of a management policy for the governance of the employee experience with the almost unique aim of attracting and retaining the employee and more specifically talent.
