Amélioration de l'attraction et du maintien sur des postes difficiles à pourvoir

Abstract : This paper discusses the following issues: How can we improve the attraction and retention in jobs that require specific knowledge, but whose missions do not correspond to the expectations of those who possess them? To answer this question, it will go through a phase of analysis of the different sources of difficulties. In this section, the theme of penury labour markets, atypical missions and the brownout phenomenon will be discussed. In the second part, a presentation of the different factors that can influence the attraction and retention in jobs with specific knowledge will be made. In particular, we will discuss the sources of motivation, whether psychological or financial. The subject of the employer brand and its impact will also be developed. And finally some topics of well-being at work will be developed. At the end, the thesis will cover all the topics and themes presented previously in order to try finding solutions for a company that has this problem.
