Analyse techno-économique des procédés de compostage végétal en vue d'une valorisation agronomique des déchets verts

Abstract : To value an increasing quantity of green waste coming from the agricultural fields of Yves Rocher, from the maintenance of green areas and the botanical garden around the industrial sites, composting seems to be an interesting path to follow. Bibliographic benefits presented show the mechanisms of composting processes and the interests of compost use to enhance agroecological systems resilience. The fulfilment of experimental windrows permitted to divide by ten the green waste decomposition duration. All the realized products present enhanced properties compared to the previous product, as much on the physico-chemical aspects as the biological ones. The experiment design can’t afford many statistically significant results, but proposed improvements offer interesting elements for a better green recycling. The economic aspect of the problematic is studied, and the presented propositions are assessed. The company will choose its ideal relation between investments and their techno-economic expected benefits. Pooling of material and processes with other company of the group will permit economy of scale and technical optimization of composting.
