Plus-value d'un learning game par rapport à un module e-learning

Abstract : The digital aspect is becoming more and more typical for all kinds of learning: classroom, distance or blended. The companies seek for the means to train their employees in a most effective way possible, while, at the same time, suggesting attractive courses. One of the possible solutions is to introduce a learning game because it brings a fun aspect in otherwise serious environment, which allows to increase learners’ motivation. Besides, a learning game brings a certain variety in learning: in comparison with traditional learning, it is more unusual for employees. The main goal of the current paper is to explore the reasons to implement a learning game rather than an e-learning module. I have collected various opinions of experts on this issue. Moreover, I have created a learning game for a company that decided to switch to this form of learning after consequently using traditional e-learning modules.
