Emballages biosourcés recyclables ou compostables pour les fruits et légumes frais

Abstract : With customers always more demanding food quality and well aware of the environmental impact of their consumption, it is necessary for fruit and vegetable professionals to find innovations. Recyclable or compostable biosourced packagings seem a promising solution fulfulling both, meeting clients' expectations and sustainability. Strawberry is a very fragile and perishable fruit that has been the object of this investigation program led by the CTIFL in 2019.
