D. Vecchia, L. A. Bussotti, and M. , REHABILITATION IN PATIENTS WITH PULMONARY ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND CHRONIC THROMBOEMBOLIC PULMONARY HYPERTENSION : RESULTS FROM THE GRENOBLE EXPERIENCE ABSTRACT Introduction : For decades, patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH) were advised to avoid exercise in fear of deterioration in right heart function. Since then, recent studies have reported that rehabilitation programme in expert centres may have a specific role in the management of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) or chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), J Thorac Dis, vol.10, issue.1, pp.508-529, 2018.

, We also apply a recently validated abbreviated versions of the ESC/ERS pulmonary hypertension risk stratification. Results : 41 patients were included (mean age 59,6 +/-18,1 years-old). The rehabilitation programme improved the risk assessment grade (-0,25 point, 95% CI, -0,45 to -0,07), the NYHA functional class and haemodynamic parameters including mPAP (-6,3 mmHg, 95% CI, -12,3 to -0,3) and right atrial pressure. The 6-minute walk distance improvement exceeded by far the minimal important difference of 33 m, were evaluated retrospectively on functional, biological parameters, and haemodynamics, 2010.
