, Au cours du suivi, 81 patients (41,12%) ont présentés une dilatation anévrismale et 38 (18,27%) ont été réopérés. La survie sans événements était à 1 an, 3 ans et 5ans respectivement de 91,3%, 73,1% et 65,9%. Les facteurs de risque significativement associés à une évolution anévrismale étaient un diamètre initial de l'aorte thoracique descendante >35mm, Amiens) ayant inclus l'ensemble des patients pris en charge pour DA. Les données préet post-opératoires ont été recueillies rétrospectivement
