Étude rétrospective de 150 bridges complets implanto-portés en mise en charge précoce

Abstract : The objective of this study was to evaluate the implant and prosthetic success rate in the case of immediately loaded implant supported full arches over a period of 1 to 6 years in a private practice in order to demonstrate that this method presents acceptable results. A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 150 patients with a follow-up of up to 6 years. A total of 1148 implants were placed: 797 in the maxilla and 351 in the mandible.1 implant failed and 10 cases showed at least one sign of peri-implantitis. The implant and prosthetic success rates were 95.33% and 99.32% respectively. This protocol for total rehabilitation has acceptable results with a follow-up of 1 to 6 years. However, no associated risk factors showed a significant impact in this study. Research on a larger sample of patients is needed with a longer follow-up time.
