, Résumé : L'estimation du risque cardiovasculaire est une préoccupation quotidienne du médecin PN au vu des conséquences potentielles qu'un évènement cardiovasculaire (syncope, mort subite) pourrait avoir sur la sécurité des vols. Pour repérer les sujets à risque en visite d'expertise aéronautique, il est recommandé d'utiliser un score de risque cardiovasculaire. En pratique, l'évaluation empirique lui est souvent préférée. Les objectifs de cette étude sont d'évaluer la concordance entre l'estimation du médecin PN, Titre :Le risque cardiovasculaire chez le personnel navigant: une forte corrélation entre estimation du médecin aéronautique et scores de référence

, Les estimations des médecins ont été recueillies chez tous les patients de plus de 40 ans se présentant en visite d
