, 8%) avaient une lésion unilatérale dont 97 côté droit (30.2%), 124 côté gauche (38.6%) et 100 patients (31.2%) avaient des lésions bilatérales dont 1 prétragienne, 6 rétro-auriculaires

, 7%) n'ont pas bénéficié de la prise en charge par pressothérapie. 3.1.2 Lésions prises en charge par pressothérapie 209 patients ont été pris en charge avec 274 lésions chéloïdiennes, soit 63, vol.36

, Cette étude a le mérite d'appréhender l'efficacité du protocole thérapeutique utilisé au sein du service et de mettre en lumière les difficultés rencontrées dans la prise en charge des chéloïdes auriculaires

, Mais elle ne peut prétendre évaluer complètement ce protocole, car ce n'est pas une étude prospective et elle ne compare pas ce protocole à un autre. De plus l'échantillon de patients inclus est faible car de nombreux patients ont été perdus de
