, Les néoplasies sont la troisième cause de mortalité dans la population des transplantés rénaux et l'immunosuppression est reconnue comme facteur favorisant. L'objectif de cette étude a été d'évaluer l'incidence et la morbi-mortalité des carcinomes urothéliaux dans cette population

, Sur 31543 transplantés rénaux, 103 patients ont eu une tumeur des voies excrétrices urinaires. Nous avons recueillis les données clinico-biologique de la tumeur au diagnostic initial, les modalités des traitements, les données de l'immunosuppression et du devenir oncologique des patients. L'objectif principal a été la mesure de l, 1997.
