, Méthodes: Tous les patients admis pour TAVI entre janvier et décembre 2018 étaient inclus consécutivement dans cette cohorte prospective multicentrique

. Perpignan, Tous ceux porteurs d'au moins une anomalie pré-TAVI du coeur droit (CD) (dysfonction VD, IT significative) bénéficiaient d'échographies à 1 jour et 6 mois du suivi. Le critère primaire était l'évolution de la dysfonction VD et de l'IT

. Résultats, âgés de 81 ?7 ans avec un EuroSCORE de 5.2 ?3.9% un STS score de 4.3 ?3.1%. 35% des patients présentaient au moins une anomalie pré-TAVI du CD.
