, Le score de Faine a été proposé par l'OMS pour diagnostiquer la leptospirose sur des critères épidémio-cliniques (parties A et B) et biologiques (partie C). , Methods: A monocentric case-control study was conducted in suspect patients for whom a leptospirosis PCR was done in the first 7 days of signs at the CHT from 01/01/2018 to 01/04/2019. Cases and Controls were matched on sex and age category with a ratio of 1:2. A bivariate then multivariate analysis studied the association between the "SF A+B" score and a positive Leptospirosis PCR, adjusted on the variables retained. Results: 35 cases and 70 controls selected randomly were analysed. Multivariate analysis by logistic regression found a significant association between a "SF A+B" score taken from the categories
