Introduction: Il existe peu de données consacrées aux infarctus cérébraux (IC) multiples simultanés dans la littérature, tant sur la prévalence, les caractéristiques clinicoradiologiques, l'étiologie, le pronostic, et le risque de récidive, en comparaison aux IC touchant un seul territoire artériel. L'objectif principal de cette étude est de décrire une cohorte de patients consécutifs ayant un IC récent et de comparer les patients ayant des IC récents multiples à ceux avec un IC limité à un seul territoire artériel sur les caractéristiques initiales cliniques, radiologiques et étiologiques. L'objectif secondaire est d'évaluer un éventuel lien avec un cancer, ? Que les hommes m'accordent leur estime si je suis fidèle à mes promesses. Que je sois couvert (e) d'opprobre et méprisé

Méthodes, Etude rétrospective portant sur les patients consécutifs admis en Unité de Soins Intensifs NeuroVasculaire dans le département de Neurologie du CHU de Montpellier pour un infarctus cérébral aigu sur l'IRM cérébrale de janvier 2016 à décembre 2017. Les données clinico-radiologiques de ou des infarctus cérébraux récents, l'étiologie et les données sur l'existence d'un cancer

?. Résultats, 6%) avec un IC unique et 396 patients (24.4 %) avec des IC multiples. Il n'y avait pas de différence significative entre les 2 groupes pour l'âge moyen (71 ans), le sexe (56% d'hommes) et la sévérité de l'IC. ?. Conclusion, Les IC multiples récents ont un profil étiologique différent des IC uniques et le pattern topographique oriente vers certaines causes spécifiques. Les patients avec des IC multiples avaient davantage de cancers
