Les greffes allogéniques en chirurgie pré implantaire, la reconstruction osseuse par le processus CFAO, à partir d'un cas clinique

Abstract : Currently during bone surgery in pre implant phase, allografts provide an attractive alternative to autografts. Whether in the absence of sufficient bone tissue, the patient’s reluctance to an extra-oral sampling site or the risk of morbidity linked to the second operating site. At the same time, the advent of CAD/CAM computer-aided design and manufacturing in modern dentistry allows us to offer therapeutic choices that have never been achieved before. It’s now possible to model and then machine a bone block measure. From a clinical case of a patient with three-dimensional bone defect in the anterior maxillary sector, we will examine after using personalized block allograft by BIOBank, bone gain. The graft manufacturing process and the clinical protocol will be described. The reliability, durability, advantages and limits of this therapy will be discussed opening the debate on its future prospects.
