Sécuriser la division de maisons mitoyennes en présence d’empiétements ou d’équipements communs

Abstract : Dividing party wall houses often cause encroachment trouble and difficulties in common equipment management. Normaly, co-ownership is capable of solving these problems but is in fact not very efficient when only two houses are divided. Other property arrangements can be used to secure the division by providing independance to owners. Create volumes can be a good but a hard answer. Conventional solutions, in turn, can be very useful in creating surface rights, special rights to use and joint ownerships.
