, par de la lecture partagée en groupe, soutenue de modélisation de CAA robuste et d'un accompagnement parental adapté. La remédiation orthophonique comprenait une séance de groupe, une séance individuelle et l'analyse de tests qualitatifs et quantitatifs en pré et post protocole. Les résultats de l'étude après dix semaines d'intervention montrent : l'utilisation de la CAA robuste pour l'un des enfants, une amélioration notable des compétences en littératie (conscience de l'écrit, écriture) pour l'ensemble des trois enfants passant d'un statut de littérateur émergent à conventionnel. La lecture partagée en groupe améliore leur communication (interaction) et leur langage (lexique, syntaxe, narration), avec une utilisation ou non de CAA, mais non démontré de façon significative. D'autres compétences ont été améliorées comme la motivation, une hausse de l'attention, une baisse des troubles du comportement et un engagement actif dans la littératie. Toutefois, les résultats aux tests quantitatifs, l'implémentation de l, Les enfants avec des contraintes complexes de développement sont souvent exclus de l'instruction en littératie. L'objectif de cette étude est de construire un socle d'émergence à la littératie pour trois enfants avec des besoins complexes
