Un pré-adolescent malmené et bousculé par ses sens : lorsque la psychomotricité renforce l’intégration sensori-motrice dans le cadre de TSA

Abstract : At the Medico-Pedagogical Day School, I met Henry. This teenager, diagnosed autistic, is subject to many disorders significantly impacting his psychomotor development. His difficulties in processing sensory information seem to be a main cause. During this year of internship, Henry is led to explore various mediations, with the advantage of conforming to his needs. Through this essay, I explain the interest of therapeutic touch, the Snoezelen approach and psychomotor courses in the sensory-motor integration of a person with autism spectrum disorders. In the course of my reflection, I understand that this integration plays a central role in the construction of a psycho-corporal unity. Finally, in the course of my investigation, I discover that the psychomotor therapist has a wide range of possibilities for action.
