E-RMM en soins primaires : création et évaluation d'un E-Learning sur la réalisation de revues de morbi-mortalité adaptées aux soins primaires pour les équipes pluriprofessionnelles

Abstract : INTRODUCTION: Undesirable Events Associated with Care (UEAC) occur in health care facilities but also in primary care. The Morbidity Mortality Conference (MMC) is one of the methods used to analyze UEAC. Health professionals in primary care report that they are not sufficiently trained in safety of care and risk management. The objective of this work is the creation and evaluation of an E-Learning course entitled "E-MMC in primary care". MATERIALS AND METHODS: This E-Learning was created using the E-learning design guide of the French High Authority for Health (FHAH) and the ADDIE model. It complies with the FHAH criteria for "E-learning Continuous Professional Development (CPD)". It is intended for multi-professional teams in primary care. We evaluated learner satisfaction and the pedagogical impact of this training using a satisfaction questionnaire, a "pre-test" and a "post-test". RESULTS: Our 15 participants rated our training as "excellent" (on average 86%). The comparison of their "pre-test" and "post-test" scores showed a statistically significant (p < 0.01) pedagogical impact on the improvement of their knowledge. DISCUSSION: To date, this E-learning is the only one that would allow health professionals practicing in ambulatory care to improve the safety of care and their practice through the implementation of CMM. It has been developed on the basis of validated and recent scientific data from French health consensus organizations and learned societies. In the long term, it could be proposed as CPD training and as teaching for health students. CONCLUSION: E-learning "E-MMC in primary care" would enable health professionals practicing in primary care to improve the safety of care, risk management and their professional practices.
