Évaluation de l’information et du conseil pharmaceutique numérique existant en dermatologie. Analyse critique et proposition d’un nouvel outil

Abstract : The pharmacists are more and more on the front line of care. Everyday patients request them information about a dermatosis or various skin symptoms. Due to its immediacy and countless resources, internet has become the third actor in pharmaceutical consulting. Pharmacists must know how to look for the necessary scientific information on reference sites. Some of them are developed by and for pharmacists, such as meddispar.fr. In this work, we evaluated the quality of information in dermatology online. More and more patients are connected and pharmacists must be able to respond to any request by using strong data. We also add the aim to answer a major question: do the digital tools available on the internet allow pharmacists to respond to various requests? For that, we asked the pharmacists on their behavior and their expectations. The analysis and comparison of existing sites and expectations of pharmacists has allowed us to build the frame of an "ideal website" for pharmacy advice in dermatology by the cooperation of the French Society of Dermatology and the French Society of Officinal Pharmaceutical Sciences or the French National Order of Pharmacists.
