Enquête au sein du réseau DEPHY FERME Horticulture & Pépinière Ile-de-France : bilan et perception du changement

Abstract : Transitioning towards phytosanitary sparing horticultural systems seems tricky. This study offers an insight of this transition perception inside a special horticultural task force: DEPHY FERME Horticulture and Nursery in Ile-de-France. By assessing semi-structured interviews, it thereafter analyzes the lexical worlds used by vegetal professionals to share their visions. Doing so allows to emit proposition and suggestion in mechanism involved in successful agroecologicaly transitioning systems. Thus, (i) support, (ii) collegial working and pondering, (iii) trust in the new methods, (iv) workers enrolment, (v) training and (vi) communication upon the given efforts seems to be able to lead towards preferred systems. Furthermore, this study also gives clues by polling buyers. Those subsidiary interviews show that the connection between production practices and knowledge among the buyers is lacking. By providing impressive technical results, this group proves that other ways can be explored.
