Et-conséquences-contexte, La place de la chirurgie et de la radiologie interventionnelle (RI) dans la gestion de l'hémorragie artérielle tardive (HT) (>24h) post chirurgie sus-mésocolique (CSM) reste à préciser. Objectif : Évaluer la morbi-mortalité des HT post CSM selon leur prise en charge

M. Matériel, Étude observationnelle rétrospective monocentrique au sein du Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Grenoble, entre 2005 et 2019. Étaient inclues toutes les HT post CSM

, La gestion des HT se basait sur l'hémodynamique initiale : angioscanner puis RI

, La mortalité était de 32% (n =18) et 22 patients (39%) ont présenté plus d'une HT. L'instabilité hémodynamique initiale était le seul facteur prédictif de mortalité (p=0,008), Résultats : 86 HT ont été observées chez 57 patients après duodénopancréatectomie céphalique (n = 26), transplantation hépatique (n = 24) ou autres (n = 7)

, Conclusion : La RI doit être préférée dans le traitement des HT des patients hémodynamiquement
