Abstract : Nutrition is a critical component of equine health. The higher occurrence of nutrition related diseases such as gastric ulcers, colic, and obesity is linked to current feeding practices. Until now the feeding practices seemed unsuitable to a horse’s digestive physiology. In France, Feed stores have a great influence on feeding practices.
