La pornographie comme pratique politique, l'étude de trois collectifs francophones

Abstract : Pornography, everyone watches it, nobody talks about it. Even if its distribution, in the form of free videos online, is constantly growing, pornography remains a taboo subject in society. In her book published in 1981, Gayle Rubin declared "It is high time to talk about sex" (Rubin 1981) : she emphasized the political aspect of sexuality and the need to talk about the power relations that constitute it. Now is also the time to talk about pornography and its eminently political nature. In this dissertation, pornography is approached from a discourse angle in order to determine why and how pornographic discourse is mobilized into political practice. To answer this question, this thesis studies the speeches of three groups that produce pornography through a critical and collective approach.
