Qualité des compétences pragmatiques : étude comparative de sujets TSA et TL au moyen de trois outils d’évaluation

Abstract : Pragmatic deficiencies are usually observed in neurodevelopment disorders (persons diagnosed with ASD or Langage Impairment). However, pragmatics assessment methods are very diverse and interpreting results presents a real challenge. The purpose of this study is to measure the input of using the CLéA standardized test in the assessment of pragmatics on the population diagnosed with ASD. This study is based on 3 standardized tests (the CLéA assessment, the Pragmatics skills assessment by B. Shulman and the CCC-2), each presented to 15 subjects diagnosed with ASD and 11 subjects with a Langage Impairment diagnosis. Results were compared so as to assess in a transversal way the pragmatic skills in these two populations. The CLéA standardized test brings new perspectives in assessing pragmatic skills in the ASD population as well as the Langage Impaired one. In the context of a multi-disciplinary assessment, this tool might make a real difference in differentiating ASD profiles from Langage Impaired ones.
