Le dispositif différencié des ateliers au service des élèves à profils particuliers

Abstract : The aim of this reflective writing is to understand the place of workshop work in cycle 3 for the success of all students, especially students with specific profiles. Indeed, the increasingly important presence of these pupils means that teachers need to differentiate learning more by taking their needs into account. Through the analysis of two mornings carried out in a class of CM1 CM2 composed of two students with high potential, a student with behavioral disorders and another student with great academic and social difficulty and thanks to the scientific research carried out , the aim is to understand: how the differentiated arrangement of workshops can enable pupils with a particular profile to succeed better. The main results are as follows: First, workshop work allows students to better enter into learning thanks to the proposed workshops that are entertaining and new. Second, it allows students to build social skills through mutual help and listening to others. The students are more autonomous, they take initiatives. Finally, the teacher is more available to help the students who need it most, if all the conditions and rules are respected.
