Structuration des pratiques cliniques préventives en pharmacie d'officine : étude des freins et leviers à l’implication des pharmaciens d’officine dans la Communauté Professionnelle Territoriale de Santé de Bergerac

Abstract : Health promotion and prevention have been one of the priorities of health policies for several years in France. In the healthcare system, they are embodied by the structuring of preventive clinical practices, where each contact with the user counts to promote health and prevent illnesses, injuries and psycho-social problems. The role of the Territorial Professional Health Communities (TPHC) is thus, among other things, to develop preventive actions. This qualitative study, carried out on nine community pharmacists, tries to understand the incentives and obstacles of their involvement in a TPHC, the TPHC of Bergerac. This study leads to recommendations to facilitate the integration of preventive clinical practices in community pharmacy.
