Le retour d’expérience aujourd’hui : une opportunité à développer dans le processus BIM

Abstract : Knowledge management is common in many economic sectors and in building sector in particular. Beyond the gathering of good "knowledge" practices, feedback can identify avenues for progress on the condition that knowledge, the company's fragile heritage, is easily accessible and undergo a reassessment of its relevance. A construction project is particularly exposed to this loss of knowledge: on the one hand the boundaries between the design, construction and operation phases of the building and on the other hand the many very small companies which contribute at each stage are many factors that favor this loss of information. The recent process of Building Information Modeling (BIM) aims to collect and standardize a large amount of data to return it to all the actors of a construction project in a language adapted to the needs of each. This work aims to establish connections between REX and BIM to propose possible solutions that will allow the formalization of feedback to be integrated into the BIM process, with the tools on which it is based. First, we will analyze the REX system as it has been implemented in the BATEG company. These are field studies, through the Duo Tours project (Paris), which will allow us to understand the challenges of this device. In a second part, we will offer solutions for integrating feedback into the BIM process at the scale of one and several projects.
