Comparaison des propriétés physico-chimiques des résines bis-acryl et des résines « conventionnelles » : revue systématique de la littérature illustrée par un cas clinique

Abstract : With the rise of adhesive and minimally invasive dentistry, patients with severe generalized tooth wear benefit from less disabling therapies than a few decades ago. This trend has led to the development of numerous concepts, including the so-called "mock-up" technique. Bis- acryl resins occupy an important place in the realization of this technique. The objective of this work is to compare the physico-chemical properties of bis-acryl resins with each other, but also with "traditional" resins such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA) resins. We have observed that bis-acyrl resins appear to be as, if not better performing materials than "conventional" resins, but have limitations, particularly in terms of aesthetic integration in the medium and long term.
