Apport du service sanitaire dans les formations en santé : enquête auprès des étudiants de l’UVSQ

Abstract : Introduction : Emphasized by the necessity to improve prevention in France, the sanitary service took place for the first time this year. In order to participate to its improvement, we focused on its influence on the willing of the students to increase prevention in their behavior, and on their satisfaction regarding the service. Methods : This survey was made by a dematerialized questionnaire, including different categories of questions : description of the student, description of his sanitary service, satisfaction regarding different steps of the service, and willingness to increase prevention in their behavior towards certain publics, including themselves. The analysis has been made by statistical calculations. Results : At the end of their sanitary service, students don’t seem willing to increase prevention in their behavior, except towards their patients. However, the more satisfied they are, the more they want to include prevention in their behavior. Conclusion : This survey alone is not enough to measure the impact of the sanitary service. Satisfaction seems to be a factor that needs to be improved, in addition to the long-term evaluation of the inclusion of prevention, at least in their professional practices.
