Interdisciplinarité entre EPS et anglais : comment l'enseignement de l'EPS peut favoriser l'apprentissage d'une langue vivante au cycle 3 ?

Abstract : The aim of this study is interested in the teaching of a foreign language through another discipline which is PE. We are interested in the possible ways in which PE could help the learning of a foreign language (English). For this purpose, the experiments carried out are based on a specific APSA which is dance. This study is carried out in a CE2-CM1 class but is focused on cycle 3 (CM1). It is an interdisciplinary project between PE and English on the theme of hip hop. Each discipline serves the other (PE to English and English to PE). Pupils were observed in order to shine a light on the elements that would enable them to learn, memorize and understand English better thanks to PE. The data was collected, transcribed and analyzed, particularly the self-confrontation interviews. So how can the teaching of PE help the learning of a foreign language? This is what I tried to answer by conducting this study.
