Utilisation du Cannabidiol dans le sport et transposition aux maladies inflammatoires

Abstract : In 2019, The World Anti-Doping Agency changed the Cannabis Regulation. Ever since, the market for Cannabis and especially Cannabidiol has exploded. It does not only aim current Cannabis users but now targets athletes and patients wishing for alternative therapeutic support, following the failure of known drugs. The approach of Cannabidiol use by athletes will allow a better understanding of its effects and will support the clinical model of its future medical use. This thesis aims to demonstrate the interest of introducing Cannabidiol as an alternative treatment to inflammatory diseases. It will highlight the many studies and reviews existing.
