Contrôle de la fonction de guidage dans les restaurations esthétiques antéro-maxillaires

Abstract : Esthetic demand of patients being increasing, during the restoration of anteromaxillary teeth practitioner must take into account the esthetic demand of patient but must also take into account tissue economy as well as functional imperatives. Several therapeutic possibilities are proposed, but they must all be carried out by controlling occlusal architecture in order to obtain functional guidance. The aim of this work is to study these different imperatives in order to propose a protocol allowing the treatment of these occluso-esthetic cases.
