Intérêts d’un outil d’auto-apprentissage ludique de l’auscultation pulmonaire en masso-kinésithérapie

Abstract : Our work is to determine the interest of a playful self-learning device for pulmonary auscultation in physiotherapy. We want to know how this type of device can be innovative and professionally useful in initial education. Our literature review shows that auscultation appears to be essential in the diagnosis, it presents very precise characteristics and that the techniques of respiratory physiotherapy are guided by the localization and the nature of the symptoms. However, learning auscultation remains difficult for health students. The literature has allowed us to create a two-part pedagogical device, an explanatory MOOC and a 3-part self-evaluation device. With the help of the reference tool on the state diploma of physiotherapy, we have confronted our tool, during semi-directive interviews, to 2 physiotherapists experts’ educators in the respiratory field, to determine its interest in initial education. The categorical analysis allowed us to determine several contributions according to the expert professionals. In conclusion, it appears innovative for several reasons, it is a complete tool, easily accessible to all. It reinforces the development of the student's reflection and the ability to listen. The free access reinforces autonomy and allows a learning by repetition. It proves to be professionally useful in several competencies of the state diploma. We find an interest for the realization of the physiotherapeutic assessment and the justification of the choice of adapted techniques. Finally, it allows to evaluate and improve one's practice, using self-evaluation.
