Bridge collé cantilever full zircone en remplacement d'une agénésie canine : à propos d'un cas clinique

Abstract : The compensation of a single tooth is complex, especially when it is located in the canine position. Two fixed therapeutic alternatives are available: the implant or the bonded bridge. The age of our patients and especially the residual growth of the jaws is a barrier to anterior implantology. In recent years, bonded bridges have appeared and have proven their reliability in the incisor position. The continuous evolution of infrastructure biomaterials as well as the progress of techniques and assembly systems may lead us to consider extending this therapy to the canine edentulous. We propose, through the case of the young Christiane (14 years old), the management of a canine agenesis by a zirconia cantilevered resin-bonded-bridge treated by complete digital flow. A 6-month follow-up will be presented.
