Grille titane personnalisée : autour d'un cas clinique

Abstract : Managment of bone dehiscence is actually an important impediment in the successful completion of implant rehabilitation therapy of the dental arch. In addition, the emergence of computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD-CAM) in modern dentistry allows us to offer us therapeutic choices never before achieved. It is now possible to model and then to custom print a titanium mesh for custom-made bone grafting. From the clinical case of a patient with a complex bone defect in the posterior mandibular sector, we will observe the use of the personalized titanium mesh during alveolar bone grafting, designed and manufactured by the company ReOss. The manufacturing process of the Yxoss CBR ® device as well as the clinical protocol will be described. The reliability, durability, advantages and limits of this therapy will be discussed, opening the debate on its future prospects.
