L’influence du climat motivationnel sur la cohésion et le sentiment d’efficacité collective des bénévoles dans le cadre d’un événement sportif associatif

Abstract : In the sports world, an event cannot take place without the presence of volonteers, they are often the first to be thanked for their involved. Knowing how to motivative volonteers is important to guarantee their loyalty, which is why the manager must establish a management adapted to this audience. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of the motivational climate on the cohesion and the collective efficacy of volunteers of an associative sporting event. This study was carried out with 155 volunteers from 28 running events. The motivational climate at work questionnaire, the group environment questionnaire and two questions on the collective efficacy were applied to the participant. Subsequently, statistical, correlation and regression analyzes were performed. The results obtained during this study showed that a mastery climate positively predicted the two variables studies, cohesion and collective efficacy. Conservely, a performance climate negatively predicts cohesion and collective efficacy.
