Enjeux et modalités d’aménagement de l’espace public dans des écosystèmes fragiles et changeants : focus sur les paysages de l’eau en Loire-Atlantique et Maine-et-Loire

Abstract : Developments near the water are becoming more and more common, such as the requalification of riverbanks in cities. If they are booming, they are also in renewal in the way they are conceived. This renewal is due to the attraction of water landscapes, often of great quality, and to the activities linked to them, but also to the awareness of the fragility of these environments, as well as of their numerous functions. For a long time, developments have been built to avoid water. Thus, we will analyze three cases in the departments of Loire-Atlantique and Maine-et-Loire, examples of different landscapes and contexts, in order to identify issues and development principles for these areas. These development methods will then be adapted in their implementation to each site or territory.
