Modélisation automatique de bâtiment à partir de nuages de points et enrichissement des maquettes 3D afin de les intégrer à une démarche BIM

Abstract : The world of construction and public works is constantly evolving, which leads to the appearance of increasingly efficient tools. The use of laser scanners allows to obtain clouds of points from which a building is modelable in 3D. Manual modeling requires a lot of time as well as repetitive processing, the aim of this work is to automate new tasks. This work focused on automatic detection of openings and posts through Python programs, Dynamo scripts and Revit software. The accuracy of these models was achieved by comparing the 3D models made manually with those made automatically. These models were later enriched. This allows to increase the level of details of the models and to enrich its database. This enrichment can be done through the insertion of electrical equipment, plumbing or mechanical engineering but also legal data.
