« Un contact humain en ces temps de pandémie » : la question de la relation dans la prise en charge psychomotrice de patients anxiodépressifs, dans un contexte pandémique

Abstract : The COVID-19 pandemic is generating an unprecedented health and social crisis that is transforming the parameters of human relationships. The barrier measures taken to combat the spread of the coronavirus lead to significant restrictions in human contact and to situations of isolation. However, studies show the impact of isolation on mental health. The health situation therefore constitutes a psycho-social risk and the resurgence of anxiety-depressive disorders is worrying. This public health problem concerns the general population but also the already weakened population of patients admitted to psychiatric care. The objective of this dissertation is to show how psychomotor therapy can help restore the feeling of being in a relationship that was damaged by the pandemic situation. Establishing a therapeutic relationship is the first step to resolving the problem. Therapeutic touch deepens the feeling of being in contact, but other means that do not involve touch are also interesting contact modalities.
