Interactions pharmacocinétiques entre anticancéreux oraux et épices alimentaires

Abstract : Food spices have always been present in our civilization. Whether they have a cultural or medicinal role, they are part of our daily life. With our evolution the number of cancers is increasing, and a growing number of new molecules are appearing on the market, in the form of oral anticancer drugs, directly available in pharmacies. More and more people are therefore finding themselves alone when it comes to taking their treatment. It is therefore essential that the pharmacist accompany the patient in this therapeutic management by advising him. To do so, it is important to highlight the pharmacokinetic interactions between food spices and oral anticancer drugs. As an example, the development of a culinary pharmaceutical workshop and the implementation of information sheets for the patient and the health professional will be essential to help the patient in this fight.
