La promotion de la diversité dans le secteur industriel nucléaire

Abstract : This professional thesis deals with the promotion of diversity and inclusion in a specific context, that of the nuclear industry. Diversity is a strategic issue that has become very fashionable in recent decades, and the idea is to find a way to develop diversity in a sector of activity that is quite restrictive, due to the industrial environment and the prejudices that are attached to it. The various constraints identified, whether real or supposed, represent a brake on diversity and inclusion of certain types of profiles. Through this study, we will therefore discuss the challenges that diversity represents, the obstacles to diversity faced by nuclear companies and the populations concerned by these obstacles. A study of the practices carried out within Onet Technologies will be established, and then compared with competing practices. The final objective of this report is to better understand the subject and to propose an analysis to the company so that it can counter these problems and put in place an improved action plan.
